New Look - Help Desk Pages Updated!
Our esthetic changes to our Help Desk pages are complete! Thank you for your patience during our process. Below are some reminders about how those needing tech support can use these pages to get the help they need!
Reminders:
Our users must login in to submit tickets through our Help Desk pages (this part isn't new) but where before there was a tile to "submit and IT Ticket" now users must select "Login" in the top right hand corner first before being presented with the option to submit a ticket and report an issue. We've added some visual changes to the login text to make is stand out a bit as well.
For the Parent Help Desk page, if an account was never created for the help desk and the parent does not have or wish to use their personal Google Account to sign in, they must choose "Sign up" in the top right hand corner to create a Help Desk account first before they are able to submit a ticket through this portal.
Alternatively, remember here are all the ways our users can request support:
Staff - Navigate to https://ithelp.srvusd.net and choose "Login" in the top right hand corner. Use your District Email and password to login. Or you can email ithelp@srvusd.net or in urgent situations or when you dont have access to the site or email you can call our help desk at 925-824-1831 #1.
Parents - Navigate to https://Parentithelp.srvusd.net. If you already have a help desk account or are using Google to sign in you can choose "login" in the top right hand corner of the screen and submit your ticket. You can also email parentithelp@srvusd.net or call our help desk at 925-824-1840 #2.
Students - Navigate to https://studentithelp.srvusd.net and choose "login" in the top right hand corner of the screen to submit your ticket. Students sign in using their District email and password. You can also submit tickets by emailing studentithelp@srvusd.net or calling our help desk at 925-824-1840 #2.
