Parent never got the email invite for Schoology - How to Log in
If you did not get the Schoology parent invite via email*, please try the following steps to reset your password and login:
Go to: https://app.schoology.com/login
Use Forgot Password
Use your IC parent email address
You'll be sent a temporary password so you get access and create your own password.
If you still need further assistance, you can submit a ticket via parentithelp@srvusd.net by visiting our help page at https://parentithelp.srvusd.net and submitting a ticket after login.
*Please note, if during the annual update you changed your contact email, please note the site must also process and upload the information to campus before it is active and linked to Schoology. If you completed your annual update later and following the instructions above does not work, please check your email in Infinite Campus and if it is not updated, contact your student's school Office Manager for status of your Annual Update.
